Sara Smith - Registered Massage Therapist & Owner of The Vault

I’ve always held the passion for helping people, and an interest in how the human body works. I also knew the healing power of touch, so becoming a Registered Massage Therapist was the path I chose.

I Graduated in 2015 from The Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now known as Evolve College of Massage Therapy). Following Graduation I moved to the North East of England for 1.5 years and came back to Canada with my husband in July of 2017. I opened my small business, Sara Smith Massage Therapy, in November of 2017 in my home town of Glenboro and I have been lucky enough to build up my clientele with some amazing people since then!

In 2022, I knew I wanted to look into expanding my business into a one-stop wellness and beauty space. Coincidentally, that was the year that the Glenboro Westoba Credit Union building came up for sale. I took a leap of faith and bought the building, and made my dream come true. Turning it into what is now known as “The Vault Salon & Wellness” since February of 2023.

Outside of work I am very active in the community. I am the Secretary for the Glenboro Agricultural Society and one of the organizers for Glenboro’s ’Tis the Season day in December. I am very passionate about bettering our community, and as a small business owner I see the positive impact it makes when we have events on in the area!
